Rule 27
Provisions relating to the post of Commissioner
(1) An authorized cadet will get the post of commissioner after completing authorized basic training from a military academy located in Nepal or abroad.
(2) According to section 15 of the Act, the service period of an authorized cadet who has the position of commissioner will be calculated from the date of entry into authorized cadet training.
(3) The seniority of the officer cadet will be calculated based on the results of his cadet training from the date of receiving the badge of the assistant soldier.
(4) While determining the seniority of the authorized cadets, the seniority will be given to those who have been first selected for the authorized base training in the military academy located abroad from the relevant institute, and those who have been selected after that will be given seniority respectively, and after that, most of the cadets who have completed the authorized base training from the military academy in the country will be given seniority based on the results they have obtained in the training. However, if an officer cadet who participated in officer training at a military academy located abroad is relegated from the second group and passes out with the last group, he will be relegated to the first cadet training (training conducted in the country) of the last cadet training (training conducted in the country) and returned home for a short time and participate in the cadet training conducted in the country, based on the results obtained by him in that training. Seniority will be determined. The seniority of commissioned cadets, commissioned cadets and assistant soldiers of commissioned cadets will be based on the date of calculation of the authorized service period.
(5) The authorized cadet will receive the salary and allowance of the authorized cadet throughout the training period.
